About the Role

Support day-to-day site execution mainly around telecom/cell site towers by coordinating manpower, monitoring progress, and preparing site reports and documentation. This role requires site visits and mobility. Applicants must be able to drive.

What You'll Do

• Assist in supervising site activities and coordinating with foremen
• Monitor work progress versus schedule and report updates
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and basic site requirements
• Help ensure work quality based on plans/specs through basic QA/QC checks
• Coordinate with the office team for updates, RFIs, and reporting

What We're Looking For

• A graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Electrical Engineering graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. PRC license is not required.
• Willing to work on-site and travel between project locations
• With valid driver's license
• Organized, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
